Mr. Willis has been teaching in Worsley for many years. Before that, he taught for four years in several high schools in metropolitan Toronto.
He has a daughter Jesse who lives in the Edmonton region with her husband Cole and daughter Gracie and son Jack. Jesse was trained as a teacher. Mr. Willis's other daughter Emily is currently in the midst of pursuing a degree at the University of Alberta, where she plans to become a high school English teacher.
Mr. Willis has taught everything from grade 1 PhysEd to grade 12 calculus, but specializes in high school mathematics, physics and art. He has also taught photography, both to high school students and to adults in evening classes.
He also creates web pages using HTML. He does photography with a Canon EOS 7D, using a Canon 70-200mm f2.8 zoom lens. Web pages, including this one, are made using a program called Arachnophilia. Other sites he looks after include the Worsley Ski Hill and the Worsley Baptist Church.
Mr. Willis's interests include cartooning, and more recently painting in oils. You can see some of the paintings created by David Waits, the person who helped him learn how to paint, as well as a few of Mr. Willis' paintings here.
Mr. Willis has been a Christian since 2010, and is a member of the Worsley Baptist Church. God comes first in everything. Find out more by reading some of His Word.
